HOW TO BECOME the SUBJECT of
SEZ «Zakarpattya»?

The subject of SEZ «Zakarpattya» may become any subject of business activity, that has passed the state registration in District State Administration and worked out the investment project.

 

What is necessary to do?

 

1)   to   prepare and submit  the necessary documents in accordance with Appendix 1;

2)   after consideration and approval of the project by Expert Council to conclude the agreement on the realization of the investment project in SEZ «Zakarpattya» with Body of Economic Development of SEZ «Zakarpattya»;

3)      to make an request to Body of Economic Development about a preliminary agreement about the location of land lot to place the object;

4)      to prepare the materials of a preliminary agreement as to the place of object location (the materials of a preliminary agreement of the location place serve as the grounds for developing design estimates);

5)      after  developing and confirming design estimates to make a request to the land gegulating organization as to drawing up the project of allotment of the land lot.

6)      according to the project of allotment of the land lot and the general construction layout  the given land lot is fixed by boundary marks, about which  the certificate in the established  form is drawn up;

7)      to introduce on the territory of your land lot the regime of a special customs zone (in accordance with the demands of  State Customs Service of Ukraine (SCSU);

8)   to pay in for the registration of the subject of business activity on the territory of SEZ “Zakarpattya", at the amount determined by Transcarpathian Regional  State Administration as agreed with Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and to get the Certificate of standard pattern  about which the entry is made in the  registration book of the subjects of SEZ “Zakarpattya";

9)   to conduct the registration of the subject of  economic activity on the territory of SEZ «Zakarpattya»;

10) to submit the Registration Certificate of the subject of business  activity on the territory of SEZ  “Zakarpattya" to State Tax Administration and State Customs Service , then to begin using the corresponding privileges and  to work as the subject of a Special Economic Zone  “Zakarpattya".

Appendix 1

List

of the documents, which are submitted by the subject of economic activities

connected with the realization of investment project

 

1.      The application about consideration of the investment project on the territory of SEZ “Zakarpattya".

2.      The investment project (business - plan) of the suggested activity.

3.      A notarially certified copy of the certificate about the state registration of the subject of business activity.

4.      A notarially certified copy of the constituent documents of a juridical person.

 

Appendix 2.

To register the subject of business activity on the territory of SEZ “Zakarpattya" it is necessary to submit the following documents to Economic Development Authority of SEZ “Zakarpattya" :

 

1.      The conclusion of Expert Council about approval of the investment project.

2.      The document, which certifies paying the duty for the registration on the territory of SEZ “Zakarpattya" at the amount and according to the requisites given by Economic Development Authority of SEZ “Zakarpattya".

 

Note:  the compulsory condition of registration is also:

·        the agreement with Body of Economic Development of SEZ “Zakarpattya" on the realization of the investment project;

on the territory of the subject a special customs regime should be introduced (the report of commissioning- acceptance of the territory and objects of customs infrastructure into use should be drawn up and approved).
