à) the income of the payers of the income tax, is assessed under the rate of 20 percents to object of the taxation (without privileges - 30 %);

b) the incomes received by the non-residents with a source of derivation from territory of a zone from management of economic activities, are assessed at a rate of 2/3 tax rates;

c) the import customs duty and tax for accessory cost of the goods and other subjects (except for the goods under excise) is not levied, which one are imported because of limits of Ukraine’s customs territory on territory of the special economic zone for usage them within the limits of a zone;

d) the export charge is not levied, and the tax for accessory cost is levied under the zero rate in case of exportation of the goods and other subjects from customs territory of Ukraine on territory of the special economic zone;

e) are not levied the export charge and excise duty, and the value-added tax is levied under the zero rate in case of exportation of the goods and other subjects completely made, or it is enough advanced in the special economic zone, from territory of this zone for limits of territory of Ukraine;

f) in customs cost of the goods and other subjects not included cost of services on transhipment, storage of the goods, their completion, sorting, packing etc., realized on territory of the special economic zone, and also the indicated services are not subject to taxation on the added value.

The receipts in a foreign exchange from realization of production, goods (jobs, services), made (given) in the special economic zone, are released from sale to bank.

Except of these privileges, there are some more local privileges.

3. Well developed transport infrastructure of region

The significant benefits for your business are created by existence of the ramified transport network, that enables to use 3 types of transport: railway, automobile, air. General length railway tracks - 1476 kms, there is the European track by extent of 185 kms connected with Romania, Hungary, Slovakia. The railway communication with foreign countries is carried out through 6 frontier transitions, which have tracks of width 1520 and 1435 mm. Through territory of SEZ "Zakarpattya" will run the international transport corridor ¹5 Lisbon - Kiev.
